Are you addicted to social media?

Orkut was the first toy of mine to be thrilled by interacting someone around or anonymous. I set an account on it and started searching my schoolmates. That was the amazing experience. But after that everyday atleast twice or thrice I used to log in the orkut just to see the new notifications from my friends. Sometimes I sent messages to the friends and their answers were awaiting for days, I felt uncomfortable and then I realised myself neglected. Fortunately within a year orkut passed away and an era of facebook began. The same curiosity and time was spent on facebook for somedays and afterthat it seemed uninteresting. So I took a long break of almost several months from facebook. And now I am active on facebook today. Ok. You are bored of reading all this stuff which is actually same for most of us. Especially 90s kids are the first generation who entered in this social media network in their college life. But now it's not simple as it was. The things are being tough day by day.

ABCD (anybody can dispense) is ruining the health of India

The biggest unnecessary expenditure by people in India is medicines. Nobody cares what are they consuming and why are they consuming all these chemicals? They just want to be fit in just a day and for that they don't care whoever prescribes them.  Quacks are everywhere, not only in rural areas but also in urban places. These quacks are not limited to just as medical practitioners. On pharmacy stores we can also find such quacks without qualifications. People are loaded with the  unnecessary multiple drugs and cured within two or three days for simple diseases but this isn't a way to prescribe.  Unnecessary multiple medicines in a single prescription lead to polypharmacy which is one of the dangerous things for the patients' health as well as wealth. Antibiotics resistance, adverse drug reactions, drug drug interactions all these crisis increase with the number of medicines in a single prescription.
